# Callsect > Callsect is a web application for customer-facing professionals who manage the same customer relationships across multiple conversations. It turns customer-call transcripts into evidence-grounded analysis, relationship memory, CRM-ready notes and follow-up emails, coaching, and preparation for the next call. Callsect can automatically import transcripts generated by Google Meet after a meeting, or users can upload an existing transcript, audio file, or video. Callsect does not join meetings as a bot and does not record calls itself. The product is currently self-serve for individual users and free to use with usage limits. Shared team workspaces and native CRM integrations are not currently available. ## Product - [Relationship Memory](https://callsect.com/product/relationship-memory): Carries forward stakeholders, objections, commitments, unresolved issues, and relationship changes across customer calls. - [CRM Notes and Follow-up Emails](https://callsect.com/product/crm-notes): Turns call evidence into CRM-ready notes and follow-up emails shaped around the user's writing patterns. - [Evidence-Grounded Coaching](https://callsect.com/product/coaching): Connects coaching to specific moments in the conversation and suggests practical alternative approaches. - [Prepare the Next Call](https://callsect.com/product/prepare-next-call): Uses previous conversations and relationship context to prepare objectives, questions, likely objections, and next moves. ## Practical Guides - [Sales Call Review](https://callsect.com/sales-call-review): How to review what changed the outcome of a sales call instead of stopping at a summary. - [Sales Call Analysis Software](https://callsect.com/sales-call-analysis-software): What useful call analysis should add beyond transcripts, summaries, and scorecards. - [Conversation Intelligence vs Call Summarization](https://callsect.com/conversation-intelligence-vs-call-summarization): The difference between compressing a conversation and interpreting what matters next. - [Prepare for the Next Customer Call](https://callsect.com/prepare-for-next-customer-call): How to prepare from previous-conversation evidence and open loops. - [CRM Notes After a Sales Call](https://callsect.com/crm-notes-after-sales-call): What to capture in CRM notes without rewriting the entire conversation. - [Sales Call Debrief Template](https://callsect.com/sales-call-debrief-template): A practical evidence-to-next-move debrief framework. - [Follow-up Email From a Sales Call Transcript](https://callsect.com/follow-up-email-from-sales-call-transcript): How to turn a transcript into a concise, useful follow-up. - [Self-Coaching Sales Calls](https://callsect.com/self-coaching-sales-calls): How to review your own calls using real customer moments and better approaches. - [Renewal Call Preparation](https://callsect.com/renewal-call-preparation): How to prepare a renewal conversation from customer history, unresolved risk, commitments, and stakeholders. ## Comparisons - [Gong Alternative for Account Managers](https://callsect.com/gong-alternative-for-account-managers): A transparent comparison of Gong's broader Revenue AI scope with Callsect's focused workflow for individual professionals managing recurring customer relationships. ## Demos - [Interactive Demo](https://callsect.com/demo): Choose a new-business or renewals workflow using synthetic customer-call data. - [Sales Demo](https://callsect.com/demo/sales): Follow a new-business opportunity across conversations. - [Renewals Demo](https://callsect.com/demo/renewals): Follow a difficult renewal across analysis, coaching, documentation, relationship memory, and preparation. ## Company, Privacy, and Data Handling - [About Callsect](https://callsect.com/about): Why Callsect was built and the customer-work context behind the product. - [Data Handling](https://callsect.com/data-handling): Plain-language explanation of audio processing, transcripts, generated outputs, retention, and deletion. - [Privacy Notice](https://callsect.com/privacy): How Callsect processes account data, call data, product events, and requests. - [Terms](https://callsect.com/terms): Terms governing use of Callsect.
